We are a feline foster home based Non-profit rescue organization serving Southern Columbia and Northern Dutchess counties of NY<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 We do not have one physical location where all of our cats are housed nor do we have \u201cbusiness hours\u201d. We are made up of a network of private foster homes. Our rescues are cared for in our homes as we would our own personal pets. We believe that fostering in loving homes creates the friendliest and most social felines and therefore insures the highest success rate after adoption.<\/p>\n

We welcome the opportunity for you to meet our rescues.\u00a0 An adoption application<\/span><\/a><\/strong> is required first so that we can be assured our fosters are placed in the best possible loving forever homes.\u00a0 Once we have received and processed your application, we can arrange a \u201cmeet and greet\u201d. We have no set adoption fee but a donation is required to help us continue our rescue work.<\/p>\n

Although we have many cats in our care, we are not a shelter and cannot accept intake from people surrendering their pets at this time<\/span>. We rescue the stray, abandoned, injured and homeless felines as well as rehome adoptable cats and kittens pulled from local TNR colony sites.\u00a0 We are dedicated to the non-proliferation of unwanted felines through an active spay-neuter and adoption program.<\/p>\n

On this site you will find information about our low cost spay-neuter<\/a><\/strong> and Trap-Neuter-Release program and the various ways you can help us in our efforts<\/a><\/strong> by donating money, supplies or volunteering your time. We often appear at different local events to show off our fosters, raise awareness of the necessity of spay-neuter and collect donations for our cause. We look forward to meeting you at one of our events<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are always looking to add to our network of cat lovers, who give our rescues wonderful, loving foster homes. The more foster homes we have, the more cats and kittens can be rescued. Fostering can be a richly rewarding experience for you and your family. It can help provide important lessons for children on the basics of animal care.
